The number of days until shipment displayed on the order screen is only a guide. We cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped on time.
The products are made to order. We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to delays in shipping or customer convenience.
We do not accept requests for specific shipping dates. Please allow enough time for your order to be shipped.

About packaging

The items you order will be packaged together in a plastic bag. We apologize, but we are unable to offer gift wrapping.
