Kanagawa Culture Program Certification System
Kanagawa Prefecture certifies projects that attract people with the appeal of culture and art, provide opportunities for residents of the prefecture to become familiar with a wide range of culture and art, and create a lively community as “Kanagawa Cultural Programs.
